At Erethereal, we want your home to feel perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eligible home decor and furnishings. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Erethereal account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit, and include your printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
